This secret family recipe has been passed down for generations; it’s a perfect dip for ripple chips and pretzels. It’s not a party without the Schwager Dip!

A sweet, creamy cream cheese chip dip that you won’t find in the store, there’s nothing out there like it. You could go with ranch or sour cream & onion, but those are so predictable and boring.

Schwager Dip

A classic cream cheese chip dip or pretzel dip.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 dash sugar
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T ketchup
  • 1 t diced onion

Instructions

  • Using room temperature cream cheese, beat on low, gradually adding milk until it no longer sticks to the beaters. You may need to add a little extra milk.
  • Add remaining ingredients, a little at a time until color is pink and taste is satisfactory. You may need to add a little extra ketchup or Worchestershire sauce, according to your taste.
