Cream of Mushroom Soup

- ¼ c Butter
- 6 oz white Mushrooms, sliced
- ¼ c medium Onion, diced
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- ¼ c Flour
- ½ c Milk
- ½ c Chicken Base or Broth
Melt the butter in a pan, then add mushroom and onion. Cook about 8 minutes, until the onion is soft
Add the garlic and sautee for 2 minutes
Add the flour and stir, cooking for 2 minutes
Whisk in the milk and the broth. Cook until thickened to your liking and serve hot.
