Easy Dirty Rice

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 celery ribs chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 T fresh parsley
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 t salt
- ¼ t red pepper flakes
- ¼ t black pepper
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c rice uncooked
- 2 ½ c beef broth
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until completely broken up and no longer pink.
Add the veggies (garlic, celery, onion, green pepper, and parsley) and cook just until aromatic and onion begins to become translucent (about 5 minutes).
Add the seasonings (salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper and Worcestershire).
Add the rice and broth, bring it to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes.
