Meatloaf Pie

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
- ½ c breadcrumbs
- ¼ onion
- 2 T ketchup
- ½ t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
Mashed Potato Topping
- 2 c potato flakes
- 3 T butter
- 1 ¾ c chicken broth
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 c milk
Add all meatloaf ingredients to a bowl and mix by hand, folding gently in a circular motion.
Preheat oven to 350° F, letting the beef mixture rest in the fridge.
Prepare your mashed potato ingredients.
When the oven is preheated, evenly press the beef into a pie pan and bake it for 35 minutes.
Make your mashed potatoes just before the beef finishes cooking.
Drain the grease from the pie pan, and top the beef with mashed potatoes. Bake for another 5 minutes.
