Poor Man's Chicken Parm

- 4 frozen chicken patties (Tyson)
- 1 ½ c marinara (Barilla)
- 4 mozzarella cheese slices
- ½ c Parmesan cheese
- 4 Tbsp olive oil divided
Heat a frying pan with 2 Tbsp olive oil on medium-high. When hot, pan fry two chicken patties at a time, 4-5 minutes per side.
Preheat oven to 425° F. Drizzle a baking dish with the other 2 Tbsp olive oil and place the cooked patties in it.
Pour marinara sauce over chicken, then layer with mozzarella slices. Sprinkle Parmesan on top and bake 15 minutes, until bubbly.
Turn Broiler on Low, and cook within 6" of top burner for 4-5 minutes, or until cheese achieves preferred brownness.
Serve on spaghetti noodles or rice.
